 ABBA Probate Law Section

The ABBA Probate Law Section was organized in the Fall of 2005 with a focus on one hour CLE approved luncheon programs at the Broomfield County Courthouse. The emphasis has been on estate planning, probate administration and litigation, guardianships and conservatorships, and non-probate transfers. We are open to adding other related areas of practice. Presentations have been made on Estate Planning for Unmarried Partners, Common Law Spouses, and Non-Traditional Couples by Elizabeth Bryant; on Discovery in Will Contests by Spencer Crona; and on Guardianships and Conservatorships by Carl Glatstein. Our speakers and their handouts have been excellent and informative. Future program topics, speakers and meeting dates are posted regularly in the ABBA Newsletter. For details, please contact Perry Fox, Section Chair, at (303) 427-1516 or fox@zaklaw.net.
