Magistrate Kirby graduated from Regis University in Denver, Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science in 1989. He graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in Denver, Colorado in 1995. He was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Colorado in October, 1995. Before becoming a Magistrate in the Seventeenth Judicial District he was a Deputy State Public Defender in the State of Colorado. He has served as a Magistrate for the Seventeenth Judicial District since 2007. | |
